Boundary Redefinition

Boundary Redefinition

Fences aren't always on the boundary line. A boundary redefinition marks your legal boundaries on the ground so you know precisely where they are.

A boundary redefinition survey marks a property's legal boundaries on the ground. Fence lines and legal boundaries are often not the same thing, and only a licensed cadastral survey can establish the actual position of the legal the boundary is located.

Generally required for

  • Fencing
  • Additions and alterations close to a boundary
  • Resolving boundary disputes

Not sure where your boundary runs?

Before you build a fence or start an addition, it's worth knowing for certain. Tell us about your property and we'll explain what's involved.
