From the first topographic survey through to new titles being issued, we handle every survey stage of subdividing your land.

Subdividing creates one or more new titles from an existing property. It's a multi-stage process involving survey work, council consents and formal lodgement with Land Information NZ, we manage the survey side of all of it.

What's included

  • Topographic survey to assist with design
  • Scheme plan showing the proposed lot layout
  • Resource consent support, working with planners, engineers and other consultants as required
  • Land transfer survey, formally defining the new legal boundaries including easements and covenants
  • As-built survey of completed construction works
  • Council Section 223 and 224c certification support
  • Compiling and lodging all documentation with Land Information NZ
